I am getting ?Itemid=171 at the end of my urls and can't seem to find anything in the settings that would suggest i can remove this

please help - much appreciated.

i am also getting double words in the urls -

party-packages/party-packages?Itemid=170

party packages is the name of the k2 item - i have the k2 commercial extension from you -- and the category is not party packages -

Hello - i have been playing with the settings - and if i choose - override - for itemid handling in the k2 extension for the joomsef control panel - i get clean URL's but then variuos modules in the right column of the site do not display -

i am not sure what value to enter in the override itemid - if any

it seems odd as only the module in the right column of the site disappear when the i have 'overide' itemid handling selected --

can you assist me in this area?

Check your configuration of the "Exclude source info (Itemid)" and "Reappend source (Itemid)" options in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Advanced tab for the Itemid being added problem.
Go to JoomSEF -> Manage Extensions -> K2 -> Common tab and disable the "Add menu title" option to remove the first part in the SEF URL.

I have
Exclude source info (Itemid) NoYes
Reappend source (Itemid) NoYes

both these set to yes - and the modules show properly on the right side - if i turn off either one of those - the urls are perfect - but the modules are gone - assuming that this removes the item id so the module are not publishing.

then i said NO to exclude source info and Yes to Reappend source -- and Magic.
