I started using JoomSEF to improve SEO and sitemap, I'm having some problems, but main problem is at follows:

I have a site with two languages, SI and EN. Items in the main menu are correctly translated with domain.si/name and domain.en/name prefixes, while items on side menu and other modules don't use language prefix. Instead it shows as name?lang=si (blog, gallery, ads, events) and name?lang=en for english language for items in the side menu.

I also have modules that link directly to articles and there is no language prefix in url, it just says the name of article. So the english version of that article doesn't work at all.

I use Joomla 3.40 and falang 1.4.7 version
System language filter is disabled
joomsef language management is enabled
I have all options set to yes on language tab in configuration
I have used ARTIO JoomSEF Language Fix but also with no success

Any other advices? Does it have to do with new joomla 3.4.0 version or something?
I've spent quite some time dealing with this and with no success, if this is something that can't be fixed then tell me soon so I can look at other products.
