I hope somebody might help me with a specific language problem....

I am trying to set up joomla 2.5 with Joomsef 4.4.1 with language support.
When I use the language intregration option 'use in path' everything works fine (domain.eu/lang).

I have 3 languages: EN / NL / SP
I use domain.nl & domain.eu (domain.nl uses the same documentroot as domain.eu)

What I would like to do:
NL => domain.nl (of possible without the extra /nl)
EN => domain.eu/en (if possible without /en)
SP => domain.eu/es (if possible without /es)

When I set the language integration option to 'use different domains' and set up www.domain.eu/en for english and www.domain.eu/es for spanish I get an 404 error. as the /en or /es is not recognised.
When I use www.domain.eu for both /en and /es I only get the default language (en) and the ES doesn't work anymore.

So .. the problem is that when using different domains, but with the same domain for the 2 languages, one of them doesn't work. When using 'use in path' method, I have 2 identical websites on domain.eu and domain.nl for all 3 languages. (Identical domains are not preferred in terms of SEO, right?)

I tried all the options & flushed all sef url's after every try, but still can't get it to work.

Anyone with a bright idea ?
