I have instaled JoomSEF 4 and all url goes to 404 SEF.

The problems is the following:

We have site on www.bolsaportugalnegocios.com ( Joomla 1.5) we are upgrading in www.bolsaportugalnegocios.com/joomla259/ (Joomla 2.5)

We have instaled JoomSEF only www.bolsaportugalnegocios.com/joomla259/ (Joomla 2.5) where all pages goes to 404 except for root.

We have a file (1) .htaccess in root ( www.bolsaportugalnegocios.com main site) and other (2) .htaccess www.bolsaportugalnegocios.com/joomla259/

If I turn of sef on Joomla Core all url´s work!
