Hello,
The problem is that "Non-ASCII char replacements" option takes place even when "Allow UTF-8 characters in URL" is enabled. So you need to remove the Greek characters from "Non-ASCII char replacements" or if you don't need any characters replaced, you can just set it empty.

The Greek characters weren't present in Non-ASCII char replacements by default in older versions, so that may be the problem.
