Second post on this forum and im beginning to get the idea you dont care Artio. I have purchased joomsef 3 with vm extension 1.1 and after not getting ANY support from you guys for a commercial product I have tried in vain to upgrade to version 3.1 with vm extension 2. More money down the tube?

I have an error that existed before upgrade with vm serach module that when the search had been completed the product details link does not function, clicking the link returns the search result that had been originally listed.

Since installing the new version I have another error that one can no longer add products to the cart.

Fatal error: Call to a member function getDefault() on a non-object in /home/jettec/www/components/com_sef/joomsef.php on line 538

So im sitting here waiting for your reply with a site that can no longer accept orders (i could deactivate vm extension which will let it work but you wouldnt be able to see the error!) site is www.jettec-france.fr joomla version 1.5.3 virtuemart 1.1.1
If you are not interested in helping me then I shall have to insist that you refund the monies you have taken from me.
I find it hard to belive that a company as your could leave paying users with utterly no support.

The problem with VirtueMart search was caused by a bug in JoomSEF. It is already fixed and new version 3.1.1 should be released soon, so you will be able to upgrade using JoomSEF's Upgrade function.

thanks for replying but this doesnt sort my problem for adding items to the cart, with the joomsef php error.

is this also a bug? when will the upgrade be released? can i have the infos to patch my version until you relese the next version...remembering that I had the same search problem since V3.....

I have a lot of work to do and this is holding me back.

To others having problems I think it needs to be said "mail these people and you get great response" web form and forum seem to get a lot less reponse.
