There are some errors after I installed the joomsef and this prevented me from accessing my admin panel. I have to delete the com_sef folder via FTP so that I can log in again.
But I saw that there are still some protected extensions in Extension Manager, which makes my images URL rewrite, leading to the loading error: you can find this:

So how could I uninstall rest plugin and delete the database of your plugins, as I couldn’t uninstall it in Extension Manager now.

If you need to manually uninstall JoomSEF, first of all make sure to backup your website and then follow these steps:

Delete the following files and directories:
/administrator/components/com_sef
/components/com_sef
/libraries/joomla/installer/adapters/sef_ext.php
/libraries/joomla/updater/adapters/sef_update.php
/plugins/content/joomsef
/plugins/extension/joomsefinstall
/plugins/system/joomsef
/plugins/system/joomsefgoogle
/plugins/system/joomseflang

Drop the following tables in your database:
_sef_statistics
_sef_subdomains
_sefaliases
_sefexts
_sefexttexts
_seflog
_sefmoved
_sefurls
_sefurlword_xref
_sefwords

Edit table _extensions and delete records with the following conditions:
type = component AND element = com_sef
type = sef_ext
type = plugin AND element = joomsef
type = plugin AND element = joomsefgoogle
type = plugin AND element = joomsefinstall
type = plugin AND element = joomseflang

Edit table _assets and delete a record with the following condition:
name = com_sef
