ok, when o enable Number duplicate URLs we have next situation:
I create new article with title "test". JoomSef create url: "site/category/test"
ok. this is good
Next step. I create another article with title "test". And joomsef rename FIRST article with url "site/category/test" to "site/category/test2" and creates url for our just created urticle url "site/category/test"
so joomsef changes url for older article....
