I setup the artio SEF and have installed the virtuemart addon for it that I bought from here. Everything is pretty much working, a few little issues I need to sort out, like the menu link sef url doesn't look all that great because it seems to be generating a sef url from the artio component, then generating another one form the virtuemart addon, then merging the 2 together. So it basically comes out looking like
domain.com/last sub cat name/category name/sub cat name/last sub cat name.html. So it duplicates the last part at the beginning and the end. That's not an exact description of what is happening, but it gives the idea. Anyways, the other problem I am having is with any javascript popup window links I have in my content. They are not changesd to sef urls at all. Take for example, in virtuemart, ther is a manufacturer link on the product pages. When you click on it, it pops up a window containing information about the manufacturer of the product. These links still have the old url, they are not changed to a sef url. Any ideas on how to fix this?

P.S. If anyone has any thoughts on the first problem, I'm all ears for any solutions there also. If my description doesn't really make any sense to you, give me an hour and I'll update the post with a few exact copy and pastes of the urls it is assigning to the menu. I have artio sef turned off at the moment, so can't show now, but I will come back and update my post as soon as I get it turned on again in an hour or so!
