Hi all,

I am currently using JoomSEF 1.5.0 on a personal site, which is working quite well. A few days ago I purchased and installed Joomla! Tags. This particular component requires the use of SEF Advance for its SEF function. Unfortunately, I do not have that sef component, nor do I expect to purchase it. However, I am interested in creating a working sef_ext.php for my Joomla! Tags component.

I have looked at JoomSEF's sef_ext's to determine how to start in creating one. Not completely sure where to start first.

Using the included sef_ext.php in Joomla! Tags created quite a few 404's. Once I removed the sef_ext JoomSEF recognized the tag links, but displays them as a number instead of a readable URL. For instance:

Tag Link: JoomSEF
JoomSEF URL: /tag/4.html/

Any information in regards to where I should begin would be greatly appreciated. I am more than happy to do the leg work and share what I have once completed, but Google and the J! forums have not turned up much in terms of how to create a working sef_ext. Thanks!
