I am a proudly user of Artio JoomSEF. I have a problem with my Joomla website.
I put a #top link in my template; when i am on frontpage and I click the "top" link, the page is scrolling in top. BUT, when I am in another page of my site, and i click the "top" link, it goes to the frontpage.

Here is an example: www.onicescu.ro/ (the frontpage), www.onicescu.ro/istoric.html (another page).
The link is bottom (image), it looks like an arrow. Sorry for the language.

Another thing: why Artio JoomSEF can't show me an link like this example.com/link.html#top , if I have in the code something like this: <a href="#top">

I hope you understand where is my problem and you can help me.
