I just installed the component and can't get any of my links to work.
I have installed it and turned it on.
I have renamed the .htaccess
I have uncommented the rewrite_base and made it /myjoomlainstall

All of my links bring me in the browser to something like (ie for contact):
mysite/myjoomlainstall/contact-us.html

This gives me a 404/was not found on this server.

Can you please point me towards something I may have missed? Thanks!

Hi max,

have you also uncommented the 3rd Party SEF Section in your .htaccess file? And you can also try to change rewrite_base to /myjoomlainstall/ (with the trailing slash).
