I have a problem configuring this to work together. SEF links seem to be created OK in database but clicking on them on website brings me back to homepage. \"Advanced search\" works, but \"property details\" or \"property type\" listing don't. You can se a demo at www.villas-croatia.info

try renaming the sef_ext.php located in /components/com_hotproperty to something else. I think it's interfering with JoomSEF's functionality.
