We are using the latest version of Artio JoomSEF. It works beautifully except in one case: We have the WATicket System installed. It is a component linked to a menu item. Whenever we use our side menu to access WATicket System, our side menu is missing. If we disable JoomSEF, the problem goes away.

How do I edit the entry in Artio JoomSEF to properly load the page? Apparently, the URL strong is missing the ID...
