Artio JoomSEF 2.2.6

We have an intermittent issue where all pages point to one article or the error page. The only way we have been able to fix is to use the clear cache button.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

This is a very strange problem, I've never encountered something like this. Try disabling the "Ignore multiple sources (Itemid)" option in JoomSEF's configuration, delete all the URLs created and clean the cache so JoomSEF may recreate them.
Or just try not using JoomSEF's cache at all.
