How disable replacing "special chracters"??

Hi,
Thank ARTIO for great work on JoomSEF!!

I have question. My page is coded in "UTF-8". How can I disable replacing "special chracters" in URL?
Previuosly i have used URL encoding in UTF-8 i that works very good with google and other search engines. See examples http://www.google.com/search?q=site:polskilondyn.pl&hl=pl&lr=&start=0&sa=N

Now when I using JoomSEF all national characters are deleted from URL.

I tried comment line 680 in joomsef.php and works I wished but not for all URL.

  $title = strtr($title, $sefConfig->getReplacements());
