I bought the jDownloads extension but it does not create the right urls.

For example:
Lets say there is a category "Smartphone" and a subcategory of this category "iPhone".
Additonaly there is a file "Best App".

At this time the urls look like

• site.com/category/ (for "smartphone")
• site.com/category/ (for "iphone")
• site.com/download/ (for "Best App)

So you can see it does just not work right and I cant use it....

Please help me, I mean I paid for it...

Navigate to JoomSEF -> Manage Extensions and check your Active Handler there for jDownloads. If it's not "JoomSEF extension", click it (maybe multiple times), until it shows "JoomSEF extension".
If it already displays "JoomSEF extension", you most likely need to update your old SEF URLs. Navigate to JoomSEF -> Manage SEF URLs and update or delete existing incorrect SEF URLs to reflect current settings.

The plugin is set to JoomSEF extension and I deleted every url to recreate them.

But they are not as they should.

Ok, there may be an incompatibility with newer version of jDownloads. Please post what versions of Joomla, JoomSEF, jDownloads and jDownloads extension for JoomSEF you use.
Then please navigate to JoomSEF's URLs Manager, find a few examples of the incorrect URLs for jDownloads and post them along with their Real non-SEF URLs.
