I bought JOOMSEF and complained to Artio about their support.
Artio then changed my status to CANCELLED.

Now I keep asking for my money back, but to no avail or reply or whatsoever.
Paypal won't return my money, either, because this was a software product.

A very strange way to stay in business

the order status is changed to cancelled automatically when a PayPal investiation is initiated.
You have started it, so I do no tunderstand why you are complaining about this.

We have no influence on what PayPal decision on the dispute will be.
Still, I think, your request was not in compliance with our Terms of Service -

As regards JoomSEF product, we clearly say the support reponse time is NOT GUARANTEED. Simply because there is too many requests that take time to handle -- and often not neecessary in case users would read manual and FAQs carefully.
