Can i organise my files in subfolders ? Like this

Main Folder (joomdocs)
Bob Smith (main sub-folder)
----file1.pdf
----file2.pdf
John Smith (main sub-folder)
----file1.pdf
----file2.pdf
e.g

Yes you can create folders.

Is this only in pro version ? Because i try and i don't see the folders ?

I'm not using the Pro version either. Can you see your list of documents? Make sure you have the permissions set right under the "Options" button.

And i see only this (see attachment)

In Main Folder (joomdocs) i have 2 subfolders and 3 files i see only the 3 files

What version are you using? I'm using 3.2.5 Standard. Are you adding a doc from the front end or back end?
