Running 3.4.8 and JoomDOC 4.0.3

Majority of the links for JoomDOC return 403 - JERROR_ALERTNOAUTHOR. We've tried creating sub-menu's under a Hidden Menu for the Categories (folders) but it didn't change a thing.

If you go friendsnrc.org , click Search on the right, choose Documents and type "peer review" you'd get broken links for item 1, 2, 3.

PATH's like "JERROR_ALERTNOAUTHOR /home/friendsnrc/public_html/documents/understanding-the-role-of-program-assessment-in-child-abuse-prevention-tools-for-peer-review-and-beyond /home/friendsnrc/public_html/documents/about-us" would indicate an issue with PATHs

Document Root is set correctly.

I don't have any support tickets, is there anyway you can provide support on this issue on this forum? I too am having the issue.

no solution so far, they are working on it. Meanwhile we're using Google's search extension (it indexes PDF and DOCs too)
