just installed JoomDoc 2.0.2, here is live site
www.mcye.misiones.gov.ar/educacion-de-ge...vada/circulares.html

when a download link is clicked user get only garbage, any clue?

Really don't know what was the problem but solution was to update to 2.0.2 versión from 2.0.1

did you try using latest version available? that resolved my problems
