Is it possible to configure this component such that we can write an SQL to get data from a database instead of hardcoding in the back-end?

I second this - is there a way to do that. Saw the pdf file that has all details of using Fusions charts with Joomla - they mention about hard coding the data - I hope there is a way to link the data to a db.

Have you added support for importing data from csv and sql binding or is it still to come and when is it expected??

However, this feature will only be available in paid version.
