Hi, im evaluating the software before purchaising, but im somhow scared, the way customers are desesperate trying to get answers for their questions, even trough customer support, doesent looks profetional to my. I have placed a presales question for E-tickets more then 2 days before and didnt receive anser yet. im not shure if im wasting my time or if there is really a team behind all this softwares.
