I've been looking for a Joomla plugin that would allow the Booking/Reservation of a Cottage. I've stumbled upon Book It! and after trying out the free version on a localhost server, it seems to be nearly perfect for what I need. There are however certain "features" that might be needed and, before purchasing the plugin, I'd like to know if it's possible to do. Take note that I don't have much PHP knowledge and I probably wouldn't be able to implement this myself.

For starters, I would need to be able to add several taxes to each reservation. There would be 2 different % taxes as well as a flat fee tax of 2$/day. All of this needs to be visible to the user as well on the payment page.

Additionally, I've been trying to set my calender to show 1 day per column just like the car demo on the website, but I can't seem to be able to do this. Instead I have Sunday/Monday for each selection and not just Sunday. I was also wondering if it was possible to be able to select half of a day instead of a full day on a monthly calendar.

In terms of prices, is it possible to set up a seasonal pricing system? In other words, the prices would automatically change depending on the time of the year.

Finally, since I can't try out the payment gateway system on the free version, when it comes to actually paying the reservation, what options would I have? I'd like to be able to either pay a flat security deposit fee (this would be preferred) or maybe just a % of the final price.
