I started with the free version and then I purchased the paid version yesterday.
Now I think that I haven't succeeded to upgrade because under the Payment methods there are no methods listed.
Is there a way to liist them or have my upgrade failed?

I also have issues with the Menu objects, if I watch your video tutorials there's a select button for which onject to choose, I don't have that either. Here's another screenshot from the menu objects manager:

This part is solved when it comes to Payment methods, I had to uninstall the entire component and then reinstall it in order to achieve the full Paid Version and all of it's features.

But the second part is still a problem.
Is the screen shot I attached really how it should appear in the menu object manager?
Do I have to type in the objects name manually without getting the picker button as shown in your tutorial video?

Hello, second issue is problem which will be fixed in next version. In Joomla 2.5 doesn't work pop-up selector.
Now you have to manually place here ID of object, not title.
