Hi,

I can't seem to locate a setting where you can turn off the customers ability to cancel a reservation? I would like to set out in the terms that customers will need to contact an administrator to cancel any booking.

Please advise how this is done.

Hello, there is no such option.
We can simply deactivate cancel button with code editing.
