Arrival & Departure are already there as From & To. You can improve localisation in your own.

Number of rooms: what do you mean exactly? I suppose that every room is separate bookable item. Do you want to check if the number of items (rooms) is available in selected interval?

Number of persons: we will do it as paid customisation, my coleaque will write you an e-mail with an offer.
