I can not receive the confirmation email of your reservation. I enclose my settings.

What happens:
1. The user enters a reservation
2. Myself (administrator) and you receive an email that says "wait for the confirmation email)
3. Administrator I put the green check to confirm the booking
4. The calendar is confirmed but NOT receive confirmation by email.

What's wrong?

Please, check:
- permission settings for the user groups "Receive Manager E-mail Change Reservation" - allowed
- if you confirm reservation by clicking on the icon "reservation status" in the ARTIO Booking Reservations

the user making the reservation belongs to different groups of privileges, including "Prenotazioni", a group that has permission to receive state changes of bookings.

Note: I need that only the user who makes the reservation receives confirmation NOT all users queli group.
