I want my guests to have the option of paying either the full price or deposit price for their tour. When the reservation is made and it is time for payment, two PayPal buttons appear. One says to "Pay Full Price" and the other says "Pay Deposit Price".

The problem is that for "Pay Full Price", the deposit price AND supplement are being added to the full price for payment. That's not right. Please see screenshot. How can I have the "Pay Full Price" button not add the deposit.

If you can show me where to go to change the code that adds the deposit price to the full price, I'd appreciate it. I tried changing something in the Paypal buttons.php file but it didn't work.

Hello, there is file with small fix. I hope it will help you. I don't know if current functionality is feature or bug.
Destination of file (unpacked) is components/com_booking/views/payments/paypal (it is relative path from Joomla's root).
