Hello Artio Forum.

I've just bought the Artio Booking extension.
When I want to create a template or object in Artio Booking, it wont create it.

I can fill all the settings, but when i click the "Save"-button everything disappears and the "Template" is not created.

I would appreciate some help from this forum.

Hello, If you use release 1.3.4 try to download it again and reinstall it. There was the problem with database tables prefix. Now it's OK. We are really sorry.

I'm having the same problem. When i want to create or adjust the object it wont save.. i reinstalled a few times already but it's still the same.:( i'm using joomla 1.5.25

You shold use Joomla 2.5, its improved a lot. Maybe that's the problem.

Hello, please, control if you have Booking tables with right prefix.

For example: if you have database tables prefix abc_ you should have tables like:

abc_booking_subject
abc_booking_customer
abc_booking_reservation etc.

If you have only:

jos_booking_subject
jos_booking_customer
jos_booking_reservation etc.

and don't use jos_ it's wrong

You can download Booking package again and reinstall or rename tables.

I have downloaded the component Im using the testing version in order to buy it, great component by the way,

Im having the exact same issue, I'm using joomla 2.5.7 and my tables are like

jos_booking_reservation
jos_booking_reservation_items
jos_booking_reservation_supplement
jos_booking_reservation_type
jos_booking_subject
jos_booking_supplement
jos_booking_template

any idea what could be happening?
