Hi,

I am currently testing out the component on a localhost so can't offer you an URL to the issue but I have configured the component in the same way as the Hockey Stadium demo so that I can create hourly reservations but when I go to the frontend and try to make a booking, I hover my mouse over the available button to reserve the time and nothing happens? I have attached a screenshot to the page.


In the demo this box changes colour and when it is clicked on it inserts into the "Check in" field allow the reservation to continue. My paid version is failing at this point. Can you please provide a solution to this?

I am using Joomla 2.5.

I am working to a strict deadline and noticed that on post #23723 that this same issue was raised in the forum but there was no response from support? What happened with this issue - was it resolved and if so - how?

Hello, sorry for late response. I'm very busy.

I see that your template use JQuery.

Try following:

- change to Joomla default template to be sure if problem provide MooTools/JQuery conflict
- control if template settings offer option to disable JQuery or run it in non-conflict mode
- improve template code to use JQuery in non-conflict mode
