Hey everyone!

Try to get this extension up and running but it didn't work out so far :( We want to use the tool to manage the reservations for our fireplace in the woods, we actually have two of them, so the free version should absolutely do it. Since no additional informations are necessary (as it would be for a hotel room instead) the configuration should be pretty basic and simple to do.

But once I created the two fireplaces as booking items, I cannot make reservations in the front end. Although the calendar with available dates appears I am unable to "select" the dates. I simply hoover over the green "available" field but nothing happens when I click. Therefore, reservations do not work.

The site displays the following message too: BookingModelCustomer->setIdByUserId(): user with id 325 isn't active customer or admin

What is wrong? Has anyone had similar difficulties? Thanks for your help! :)

Eigentlich ist es vorgesehen, dass man direkt auf der Seite buchen kann, ohne dass man dafür einen Account anlegen müsste. Deshalb haben wir die Einstellung auch auf "Öffentlich" gesetzt. Ich denke damit ist das hier gemeint oder?



Wie gesagt, ist seit Anfang eigentlich so eingestellt. Denke es handelt sich dabei auch um ein Nutzerlevelproblem, da ich beispielsweise bei "bookable items" rechts auf den Kalender klicken kann und dort dann die Daten auswählen kann...

Was das Sprachpaket angeht, wäre dass natürlich eine super Sache! Wo findet man diese?

Dort ist ebenfalls eingestellt, dass man nicht eingeloggt sein muss. Naja ich werde jetzt das Ganze nochmals neu installieren direkt auch mit Sprachpaket und dann schauen ob das Problem immer noch besteht...

So, ich habe weiterhin versucht Artio zum laufen zu bringen, aber es klappt einfach nicht.
Es sieht so aus, als ob auch hier das Problem mit dem Moontools und Jquery dazuführt, dass man keine Felder auswählen kann, welche man buchen möchte.

Man sollte mehrere Felder auswählen können um dann diese Stunden zu buchen, aber ich kann die gewünschte Stunden nicht einmal selektieren.

Hat hier noch jemand eine Idee?
