Helllo,
I tried to setup the free version to try it.
This version has some problems.

First
The registration is other than the joomla registration. Joomla registred member have to make a new account.
Second
I set up the data provided. It is simply not possible to selct start and end dates for the hire.

Conclusion
Not a very good product, maybe the paid version works but i will not take the risk.
