just another question:
when i activate the link "admin reservations list", i see, as admin, the whole reservation list.
then i can check 1 reservation and press the "cancel" button.
is this the only option i can do?
or is it also possible to make other buttons (except cancel) visible?
buttons to change "state" or "paid" ?
any idea's?

Hi, if you are logged as customer you see only your own reservation and can display reservation detail and cancel reservation.

If you are administrator you see reservation of all customers and can full edit reservations.

If you see only cancel button you are customer.

Page with reservation list is automatically changed to administrator/customer according to logged user. It doesn't matter if you create menu link to customer or administrator list.

i logged in as admin, but, i was site admin.
now i made me also admin in booking component.
this works great!!
