Hi, this is maybe mismatch in database. Try cleanup.

First backup your database.

Uninstall all successfully installed Booking extensions.

Delete all rows from jos_assets where column name has value com_booking.
Delete all rows from jos_extensions where column element has value com_booking
Delete all rows from jos_menu where column link contains index.php?option=com_booking

Try install again.
