I attach the same url with 2 different item id and a url linked to the search. The item id 241 is a visual blog of a category which has nothing to do with the original page. It seems that associates the item id at random.

Hello I'm working on a site where we have purchased and installed your Artio component (Installed version 4.4.0) to handle the url, we are noticing that the component is generating a number of different url with this item id clearly in addition to generating a series of unnecessary url creates problems of display because in this way the modules associated to the menus are not displayed.

We set the advanced configuration management itemid in this way:
Exclude source info (Itemid) no
Reappend source (Itemid) is
Ignore multiple sources (ITEMIDs) no

We made several tests also excluding from the extension manager the item id indicted but this still generates a lot of problems.

Moreover, even blocking the url believed to be correct he considers wrong ones, in some cases generates url related to the research component (see Annex)

How can we solve? we are creating duplicate url and especially problems viewing the site.
