The problem was fixed by changing: Installed Extensions -> VirtueMart -(Active Handler) = Default Joomla Router (It was JooMSef Extension)

When Joomla SEF is on; Virtuemart with JoomSEF does not work. When Jooomla SEF is turned off everything is fine, except for the SEF URLS. Is there a way to enable JoomSEF SEF urls with Joomla SEF turned off?
