I still have an issue, and it is quite blocking.

I removed the previous extension files, downloaded the proper version and installed it. Evertyhing went ok so fare but i get the following error message on the front end of my website:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined method SefExt_com_virtuemart::getMetaTags() in /home/www/client/www/components/com_sef/sef_ext/com_virtuemart.php on line 653"

I ve tried different configurations: 1st use the global settings from Joomsef, then tried to set specific settings in the extension. Nothing better.

The only way i can have my website working is by setting "skip" or "no cache" beside com_virtuemart in the global setting of joomsef.

Can you help me on that? Maybe there is something i did not properly removed from the previous installation, or something to set in Virtuemart itself?

I think i understand my mistake, i bought VirtueMart JoomSEF 1 Extension (order 6107), and i guess i should have purchased VirtueMart JoomSEF 3 Extension...Lack of concentration or too fast on this.

I confirm that when i tried this extension to install from Joomsef, the system required to switch legacy indeed.

1/ Is it possible that you change my order and enable me to download the proper version?

2/ Is there a way i can remove the "bad" extension? It is not visible in Joomsef list of extensions installed.

I am using Joomsef JoomSEF v3.3.6 and VirtueMart JoomSEF 3 Extension .

I ve done the installation of the extension of the extension through Joomsef install feature, and enabled the legacy system plugin as requested.

But i ve probably done something wrong as i am getting the following error when trying to get to my website:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function getMenuTitle() in /home/www/client/www/components/com_sef/sef_ext/com_virtuemart.php on line 20

Am i missing one step in the configuration of Joomsef or Virtuemart?
