yes i renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess

Thanks for reply david. I have changed JoomSEF Enabled to "No" and Use Apache mod_rewrite to "Yes".
It throws "The requested URL /organicvisits/<somename>.html was not found on this server".

Joomla .htaccess file

HTTPd.conf file...

I installed ARTIOJoomSEF component & ABC Listing SEF Extension, but all the links are throws 404.
The joomla installed in the local system in the folder "organicvisits" :localhost/organicvisits
Please help me how to solve this issue.

JoomSEF Enabled? :No Yes
Disable creation of new SEF URLs? : No Yes
Number duplicate URLs? :No Yes

4. Also I have attached Joomla .htaccess file & httpd.cong file
