Have a question about 301 redirects. Ok, not having much luck figuring this out and I'm wondering if you've done this before.

I need to do a ton of 301 redirects. I'm moving from a ASP database driven website to joomla. I need to do a 301 redirect like this:

Old page: www.mysite.com/cart/shopexd.asp?id=884 (this is the asp driven old site) that redirects to
New page: www.mysite.com/Exam-Copies/Exam-Copies.html (this is the new page on the joomla site.

I've tried doing this with Artio. 301 redirects seem to only work if your currently using joomla. Any idea on how to do this? I have 1000+ individual pages to redirect. I'm know this has to be done with the .htacess file, but I'm not finding the correct combination of code in order to do this in the .htaccess.

Any tips?
