Try changing the permissions. In the ARTIO control panel, go to configurations. Choose the permissions tab and look for Receive Manager Email New/Change/Cancel Reservation and change these to 'not set' or 'Denied'.

Which version of joomla and Book-It are you using? We had the same problem with joomla version 2.5.14. We fixed it by using an older version of Joomla. Joomla verion 2.5.9. It has nothing to do with Book-It itself, It's a Joomla bug.

I have installed the sample data which comes with Book-It! 2. Whenever I try to check out an item it just returns me to the homepage of my site within the check out screen.

Anyone an idea of how to fix this??

Whenever I try to register a customer I get the following error after pressing on the submit button:

You are not authorised to view this resource.

I don't have any rights changed, and when I log in using another account it says:

You cannot access the private section of this site.

Anyone any experience with these kind of errors?

When I try to register a new customer i get the following error:

Unknown column 'alias' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT id FROM pudbp_assets WHERE alias = 'root'

Any ideas on how to fix this?
