In the meanwhile I found out that the problem is originated by Joomsef cache. The problem doesn't occur until the identical urls are cached; also, disabling Joomsef cache (which of course is not reccomended) seems to solve the problem.

Any idea?

Joomla 3.2.2

Joomsef 4.5.1

I run a two language site with Joomsef set on different domains.
When the url is the same for both language Joomsef always rediretcs to only one of them.
Since I need these urls to be identical on both languages, is there a way to avoid this problem?

yes, I solved the problem using the settings suggested by Pama in the previuos message.
The content is generated by a custom component.

I'm testing Joomsef on a Joomla 3.2.2 multilanguage site. I'm trying to configure the component in order to get the language code in URL for the secondary language only, but it still appears the main language too.
On Joomsef 4.4.2 changelog I read: "Improved: No language code in URL for main language".
My version is 4.5.1.
What am I doing wrong?

I have a problem on a website with both JoomSEF and Joomfish installed.
Whatever the language, the "homepage" link always comes back to the main language Home.
In other words, if I am on www.example.com/en/page1.html and click on "Home", I go to www.example.com instead of www.example.com/en

Hello,
I'd like to filter a custom variable contained in an array.
Example of url:

index.php?option=com_events&view=search&var1[0]=2&var1[1]=4&var2=3&var3=text

if variables are integers or strings, like var 2 or var 3, everything is fine, but if variable is an array like var1 it's not filtered and not reappended to sef url.
I tried with var1, var1[], and var1[0], var[1] ecc. in "Custom non-SEF variables", but with no luck.

The variable name id "udp".

Hello,
I have a website with multiple domain names (i.e. www.example.com, fra.example.com, deu.example.com, ecc.).
I'd like to customize metatags (title and description) in the various homepages, but I can't.
In the admin panel, selecting 'Show links to homepage' i see only the link to main language homepage.
I tried to create a new url with blank Sef url e lang variable in real Url, but nothing changes.

What is the best way to get this task?

my configuration:
Joomla version: 1.5.15
JoomSef version: 3.5.3
Joomfish version: 2.0.4

Hello,
I noticed a problem with the meta title tag in the head section (to be clear: the <meta name=title> tag, not <title>).
Having the option "Show meta title tag" set to off in Joomla general configuration, JoomSef outputs it anyway.

Looking at JoomSEF plugin code, I noticed that this output is given no matter what you choose in Joomla configuration. I think this behaviour is not correct, since a plugin should not overwrite global settings (unless I have this option in plugin settings).

I have a small issue with a custom component.

The component is published in a fourth-level Itemid:

Home
-> sublink1
-> sublink2
-> link to component

The generated URL is not www.sitename.com/sublink1/sublink2/component-name,

as I would expect (and so was with Joomla SEO links), but
www.sitename.com/component-name

Perhaps I'm missing some simple parameter in the setting panel, but I've tried all the options and the result is always the same.
