How do I prevent to create more duplicates, my forum has over 100.000 pages and all have duplicates non sef urls...

Just update my joomla to 3.9.9 and home page of kunena forum wich is runing with 2.1.8 sef, shows a page with a message, you dont have perisions to acces this forum. it was working nice just before
