I have added JoomSEF Download ID:, but it is same.

I have Joomsef 4 and virtuemart extension paid versions.
So, I need to change product categories URL's and Product Page URL's as that shown in URL's product categories and product name.
Please help me to do it.
Now categories shown so:
vst-store.com/products-norctrack-studio/category/6 (need remove "category/6" and add my category name )
and product shown:
vst-store.com/products/productdetails/48/8.html (need remove "productdetails/48/8" and add product name )
