I would like to implement a coupon system. I mean, I offer pedagogical services, consultations, etc., and I am thinking of a pre-paid system of 3, 5 or 10 services.
How can I implement such system in my web?
I am thinking of separating it into two processes. One about the buying of coupons (this is my business) and the second one about reservation.
My idea is that if a customer bought a coupon, a special price "0" is activated, because he has just pre-paid the service. When he realized a reservation, I would have to change as "PAID" his reservation.
In the same way, right now I offer a special free consultation, the 1st one, to further my services, with price "0". In theory, once the customer has bought it, I would have to hide such special free price.
How can I achieve it?

In both cases please, tell me, how can I modify process reservation or where do I have to look to achieve my purposes?
