Thank you. If I am using forms to collect data does the extension help?

I am using version 4.5.1 of JoomSEF and I was using 3.0.0 of the RSForms extension. I am using Joomla 3.1.1.

When I uninstalled the extension things worked.

When a RSForm is completed on www.bascom.com a blank screen or HTTP 500 error occurs. Below is the message from the support team at my host site.

So far, after a few tests, I had noticed that the form works if SEF settings are turned off in the Global Configuration.

My paid domain is www.bascom.com, however I am working on a test site, bascomdev.cloudaccess.net. I would like to have the paid version installed on this site using my bascom license. It is not a live site and will be moved to bascom.com when ready.

I used webmaster tools and found that our sitemap is registered, however of the 365 urls none were indicated as indexed.

I have generated the sitemap.xml file and submitted it to google and bing. However, none of the urls are now indexed. How do I create a sitemap index file or is that not necessary?

Prior to submitting the sitemap generated by JoomSEF we had a number of indexed urls at google.

Thank you for your assistance. I was able to generate the file.

I attempted to create the file again. It indicated it was done but no file was generated. The original sitemap.xml remains in the root directory unchanged. I am attaching a screen shot.

I have tried to generate an XML sitemap on a number of occassions. When I attempt to do the whole site (about 600 urls) I sm brought back to the Control Panel and no file is generated.

In another post it was suggested to do 20 at a time. The problem is that it indicated each time it was generating the file and pinging Google and Bing, however, the final result was a file with only the last page of urls (15). It must hae overwritten the file each time.

How do I generate the file all at once or if necessary do it in stages without overwriting the file in each stage?

I would like to uninstall the current version 4.2.9 and then reinstall version 4.3.0. At the current time it will not create a sitemap, giving me the following error (Your sitemap file is deprecated or not created. After you make all the changes, you should hit the Generate XML button.). Even following the instructions does not work.

My concern in uninstalling the current version is that I will lose my current JoomSEF urls. Will that happen?

I have recently updated to the paid version of JoomSEF with the K2 extension. We also updated to the latest version of Joomla. When I add an article in K2 it does not generate an item in JoomSEF. I have the configuration set to write the urls.

The test site is bascom.cloudacess.net.

It is 4.0.4

I recieved the following message when attempting to install the paid version of JoomSEF 4. I had a previous unpaid version. I downloaded the zip file from Artio and then attempted to install the package (com_joomsef4.zip). The following message was posted.
