Using the latest joomsef I f i update Urls it will wipe out my extras management > manage words
This sucks because i build dozens of word internal links and if i do any updates i have to do them all again..

Note: if i do a word with multiple links the pop up is jacked up.

Also this feature works on my other site running joomla 1.5 and joomsef ver 3.8.1 and does not delete the page links if i update urls

Any ideas?

Thank you... I disabled the plugin and the feeds now work again... I just have to find a social plugin that wont blow it up. Thanks Again

doesnt really solve the issue if I have to disable system plugins to make it work. pretty much a standard joomla install. Do I need to keep the analytic plugin disabled or did you fix that? I dont feel it is fair I would have to pay for support since the component has been buggy since I installed it. I never had this issue with any of the lic i bought for my joomla 1.5 sites not I dont know If i should buy anymore for my other projects if all im going to be told is I need to pay for support for that to work correctly also.

upgraded to the new version today and it still did not fix the rss feed issue

They got the module conflicts fixed but the rss feeds still dont work.. I had to be sure of these settings:

File suffix - left Blank (usually set to .html)
Manage sef urls - No Sef on rss feed urls

All other combinations will cause the rss feeds throughout the site not to work...

Im guessing there is a bug in the file suffix code or something.

I like to have my sites show .html so if you can fix this it would be great.

Yes i have done that... Does not help.. Tried different combinations for over and hour... no luck

Robert I think your using joomsef 3. This thread is for issues with joomsef 4 used with joomla 1.7

I never had this issue with joomsef but now i have an issue with any social plugin receiving dupliacte urls when sending it to twitter, facebook , etc...

If i click on the facebook send located on this page:
http//www.ocslimdr.com/information/dr-ali-tehrani.html

I get this error:

The page at www.ocslimdr.comhttp//www.ocslimdr.com/i.../dr-ali-tehrani.html could not be reached.

For some reason it is adding my site URl to the plugin output. If i disable joomsef all works fine. Is there a setting im missiing..

Im using the lates version of joomsef and joomla 1.7

In order for it to take effect i have to dump All SEF URLs
Once they were regenerated all was good.
