Sorry dajo ,
but after log in phpMyaDmin,there are no any element like "com_sef"and "sef_ext"in extensions table.

and now when i want to install the free version of joomself,it happened to have the same question.

I just buy and installed the joomlsef4,when the installation completed ,it displayed:

Error loading component: com_sef, 1
Installing component was successful.

Then I can not use the joomsef component ,when i click ,it display emty page,

note:before I use the free version of joomsef4,it worked well.
