I try several times to install new extension and I still have this error message " The sef_ext install adapter does not exist."

I follow the solution given on that page ( www.artio.net/support-forums/joomsef/com...nsions-in-joomla-3-3) but it doesn't work
When I want to use the installer on component, it returns here : index.php?option=com_installer

I had some trouble with VM. I remove component module and plugins and JA it seems to work fine now. Maybe there was a conflict with jquery pluging. I need to reinstall it and I'll be back if it happens again.

Hi,
I've got a very strange error. When Ja comment is published, I have a double article . The JA Comment window dissapear and is replaced by the same article.
The window came back when I unpublish the SEF plugin.
Any idea fo fix this ?

Hi,
Everything works fine with JOmsef and virtuemart extension, except all my articles lost their CSS. For exemple, when I check my image URL it looks like :
" my-website.comarticle-title/images/whatever.jpg
The slash had disappear. And I guess the link to css too. It happens on all articles, not in the category or on the main page or on the virtuemart store.
HOpe you can help. My site is actually offline and I really need to fix this.

I feel totally stupid.
It's been 3 hours I purge my kunena URL on my tests site because they are all like this : mysite/component/kunena/thread.html
and on the online site they are like "normal" : mysite/section/categoy/thread.html
Please help me to point me what I missed in the configuration.

Hi,
I guess this is a bad configuration of the component but any pictures of my site disappear, except on my homepage.
The pictures url should be /images/mypicture.jpg
but the url all start by /category1/images/mypicture.jpg or category2/images/mypicture.jpg

Hi,
It looks like the Crawler works well in firefox but it's static in Chrome. For now I will use FF.

Hi,
I upgrade today to the 3.9.5 version, and the crawler still doesn't work.
Yesterday, I opened an other topic in the customer support forum here :

And I'm waiting for the JOMSEF update to crawl my site properly but, before that I need to fix severals problems.
First, everyday, I've got about 50 pages of 404 logs with nosense URLs like :
/myarticle1-contact.html
/myarticle2-contact.html
or
/myarticle3-team.html
/myarticle4-team.html
(Google hate that)
It looks like the component makes a mix with other URLs, because the real URLs looks like :
/contact.html
/team.html
Do you know how can I fix this ?
Second, if I change to the parameters, I've got hundred of duplicates URLs like :
/team.html
/team-1.html
/team-2.html
...
Day after day, every URL have between 5 or 15 duplicates. I let you imagine how many URL i've got right now .
Here is the actual configuration for the content extension :
Number duplicate URLs : yes
Automatic canonical link generation : yes
Ignore multiple sources : yes
Itemid handling : global
If I set the "Number duplicate URLs" to "no", the "Duplicates" tab is full of duplicates.
and when it's set to "yes" the duplicates are just hidding behind the number URLs
I'm sure I've missed something because english is not my first language.
Hope you can help me and maybe explain me what I did wrong.

Yes, the root URL is correct: mywebsite.net
Yet, I renew the pro version to be sure I have the latest updates, but when I click on "start crawl" there is only 1 URL to crawl. Then the status is "Running" but nothing happen.
The "crawled URL stay at "0".
I need to purge my URL (more than 50.000 in my database with duplicates ones.. google doesn't like it a lot lol) |

Thanks for your reply.
In fact, I localize the reason of the 500 internal error. It was a plugin misconfiguration and have nothing to do with JOMSEF.
But, the crawler still not working when I click on "start crawl".
The site is online, all URL are accessible that's why I though it was a configuration issue.
Even if I change the Max Crawl Level to 10, there's only one URL to crawl. I don't have a clue of what happen. :(

Hi,
In the "Configuration" "Seo" I configure the defaut parameters :
Nofollow external links: No
Enable Internal links: yes
Nofollow internal links: No
Open links in new window: No
Maximum links for each word: 1
But when I try to crawl my site, I have only Total URLs to crawl: 1
Can someone tell me what is are the parameters to make it working ? THanks a million.
Got many 500 internal errors after purging my URL, I need new one.
