I am really disappointed that nobody says even a word about my issue.
Is there a change to get an answer or should I give up and look around for another SEF components?

Hi guys,

some additional information that could help:

- I don't have this issue with Chrome, it works!
- It's not the template, I tested three different ones and only if IE is used I get this issue. (redirection to the "home page" when I want to place an add.

I hope that somebody will give me a hint.

How did you guys who are using Adsmanager managed to get it work?

Hi Support,

I have a really strange problem and I don't really know what to look at.

I am using Joomla 1.5.7, Adsmanager 2.2, JoomSEF 3.2.0 and the Adsmanager JoomSEF ext 2.0.0.
Everything installed according the instructions...

Issue: When I am selecting a category in adsmanager to create a new ad with IE 6 or7 it redirects me to the frontpage!!! With Firefox3.0 no problem.

I noticed also that the links shown in the browsers are different: f.e.

IE6/7
When I select "New Ad" I see following link www.partekosme.gr/el/aggelies.html?page=write_ad
When I chose one of the categories f.e. I see this link www.partekosme.gr/?page=write_ad&catid=1 , and it redirects me to the front page.

With

Firefox
When I select "New Ad" I see following link www.partekosme.gr/el/aggelies.html?page=write_ad, same as with IE, but...
When I chose one of the categories f.e. I see this link
www.partekosme.gr/aggelies.html?page=write_ad&catid=1 , and it redirects me to the category entry form page which is correct.

The difference is the word aggelies.html that appears in Firefox. It should also appear in IE but somehow it gets cut!!!

One additional information I want to give and that I just noticed is that when I run it on my "localhost" it seems to work!!!

Please help because otherwise nobody using IE can place ads on my page.
At the moment I have disabled SEF so you cannot check it yourself, because I prefer people to be able to place Ads than having SEF.
